ASKING“Many people ask for nothing, so they end up getting it.” I too wake up everyday and go about my daily life not knowing what they really want to achieve. But after a while I thought about it and realized that I should not be shy to ask God what I want. It is after all, our own prayers and we can ask anything we want from Him.
I read from a book that says, know what you want. Learn to define it and be specific, not asking for something general because it can result in something good or bad. And especially don’t settle. Like what I said in the first paragraph, many people ask for nothing, so they end up getting it.
In conclusion, we all need to remember the four things in asking. We should all know what we want, define it, be specific, and don’t settle. Don’t ask in ignorance. Ask with knowledge.
